Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3289 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
All you have to do to complete level 3289 is collect 15 chocolates in 23 moves. Sounds easy, but the chocolate is separate from the main playing area and also blocked by popcorns and licorice so can be quite tricky to clear. Also you can never clear more than 9 in one go as that is the maximum that can be accommodated next to the chocolate spawners.
I found that by far the best combos to use are a colourbomb/ stripe or colourbomb/wrap combo. The stripe combo usually works best though as the wraps quite often drop away from where you want them.
The stripes will help to grow some of the popcorns but they will also hit the fishing floats. The fish from the fishing floats will always target something useful, either chocolate or a locked mystery candy.
Hit the floats whenever you get a chance as well as looking for those powerful colourbomb combos.

There are 28 moves to clear all the jelly, which should be enough as there are only 4 colours on the board, so on a clear board it is very easy to make special candies and combos. Unfortunately the board on level 3305 is far from clear! You have to contend with licorice to begin with and then the spawners will constantly lock up your candies in licorice strings and prevent you from making the best moves. You won't be able to clear all the spawners and there is no jelly under them so it isn't necessary to clear them. If you get enough combos you may clear one but don't waste moves trying.
