The yellow candies are provided by the lucky candies in the separated squares top and bottom of the board. You can't match the lucky candies so you have to use combos and the cake bombs to change and collect the lucky candies. At the time of writing this is a fairly easy level to complete but this could change in future updates so we'll be keeping an eye on things. As noted above, a fifth colour has now been added making this slightly less easy.
