Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3251 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie You have to clear all the blockers and collect 22 bombs in 25 moves to complete level 3251 Candy Crush Saga. Once you start to make moves the bombs will drop from the dispensers at each side of the board and into the top section. Make combos in the bottom section to clear the blockers and allow the bombs to drop down into the board. There are two blockers that you can only clear using stripes or combos and these are the top ones in the column at each side, see image. There are only 4 colours on the board so making combos is fairly easy.
