Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3197 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie You have to collect 30 blockers to complete level 3197. The blockers are provided by the spawners at each side of the board so you don't need to clear them, in fact you need them to complete the level. At the time of writing this is a fairly easy level but I suspect it may change in the future. You'll need to clear some of the licorice so that you can get candies down into the bottom part of the board, if there are no candies close to the blockers when they appear it will be harder to collect them. The blockers will cover some of the licorice as they are spawned but you do need to clear some first. As noted above, the moves have now been reduced to only 10, so not so easy any more, you need to get some combos, especially wraps and stripe/wrap combos and colourbombs but the mystery candies are usually helpful.
